Ascend Xperiencer Fulfillment Policy for Payments via Stripe®: This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms for subscriptions, such as monthly coaching and mastermind groups, and one time purchases, such as courses, speaking events, and workshops paid through Stripe®. By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Fulfillment Policy: This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from the Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and the requirements for refunds. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars. All payments are securely processed through Stripe®. Ascend Xperience does not store any credit card details.
Subscription Confirmation: You will receive a link to initiate your purchase and to save a payment method for your recurring payments. To update your payment method, please contact [email protected]. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
Recurring Payments: If a recurring subscription is purchased, billing is automated based on the purchase date and terms of the service provided, such as monthly or quarterly.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds: Subscription and one time services are generally non refundable. For any questions, please contact [email protected].
- Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting [email protected] or your representative directly.
Failed Transactions: If a payment fails, you will be notified via email.
